By accepting these amended Terms and Rules, you consent to the transfer of your user account and the personal data it contains from the previous to the future forum owner. Your consent enables us to make your forum account functional in the new forum.

The transferred personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of continuing the operation of the forum and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. For general details on your personal data privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

The deadline for giving consent to these amended Terms and Rules ends on the 5th of April 2024.

Without Your Consent Before the Deadline:

User accounts and personal data of registered users who do not consent in time will not be transferred and will be deleted by the previous forum owner. All already publicly accessible content like threads, posts and comments as well as the usernames will remain in the forum database and will be present in the new forum. In case a username clearly reveals a user’s real identity, it will be changed to a fictitious one. If the concerned user does not agree with this, they have the option to actively object until the beforementioned deadline by sending us an email with their concern (contact@cerberus-x.com).

§ 1: The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.
